Our insurance applies (as per the policy-available on request). We cannot be held responsible for any incidents beyond our control.

All bookings are only confirmed on completion of a satisfactory survey of the proposed route.

A deposit of £100 is payable on booking and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

All deposits are non-refundable.

No changes of the route can be made without prior consent.

If Molly is unfit, we will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, a replacement horse. However, we will arrange appropriate transport for the day and any monies owed will be fully refunded.
